Meet your host
I'm the founder and owner of Blissful Happiness, and I personally look after each of our homes on the Algarve coast: two private villas in Praia da Luz and Carvoeiro, and four apartments in Praia da Luz and Albufeira.
Before settling in Portugal, I built several companies, taught at ESCP Business School and advised the European Commission on innovation. Today I invest in real estate and crypto-assets, and the Algarve is where I chose to put my heart. I designed each home the way I like to travel myself: beautiful and smart, with nothing left to chance.

Why we chose the Algarve
- Sun all year round. Around 300 days of sunshine a year and mild winters.
- Golden beaches and dramatic cliffs. Ponta da Piedade near Praia da Luz, the Benagil caves near Carvoeiro.
- A golfer's paradise. Dozens of courses within an easy drive.
- Easy to reach. Faro airport is about 35 minutes to 1 hour from our homes.
- Safe and welcoming. One of the safest countries in Europe, where English is widely spoken.

All our homes are registered as Alojamento Local (local accommodation) in Portugal and covered by civil liability insurance. They are operated by Blissful Happiness Unipessoal Lda, NIF 517600560.
